Globally, research has shown that a young person will be three times more likely to be unemployed than an average adult and predicts that if not urgently dealt with, economic protests and crime will worsen. In Lagos, “youth unemployment” is one of the biggest socio-economic problems. Ible Foundation aims to engage and empower Lagos youth as well as provide necessary employability and entrepreneurship skills needed for them to be gainfully employed or start successful enterprises. We are commited to helping youth in Lagos develop a culture of being enterprising, to provide an alternative of becoming an employer than being employee and to assist individuals achieve their dream of becoming influencers.
